Her adaptive personality comes from the fact that she is one of the youngest of 9 children and had to not only make herself heard, but find a way to stand out in the crowd from a young age! She has lived and worked in Northern Virginia for over 15 years. In her free time, when not driving all over Northern Virginia for real estate or her 3 children, Shay can be found on one of the many courts playing competitive tennis.

Shay holds a degree in Advertising & Communications from Purdue University and graduated from the prestigious IBM Sales School.
